This punch hot or cold works well for a halloween party for kids and teens. You can spiked it for an a adult Halloween party by adding your favorite alcohol spirits. (vodka, gin, or rum all mix well with this Halloween punch)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 quarts apple cider
3 cups water
12 ounce can of frozen orange juice concentrate
Red food coloring or red fruit punch to color - optional
Stir all ingredients together until well blended. Chill 1 hour. Serve cold with blood red ice in shape of hands.
To serve warm, after chilling, bring mixture to a boil, then simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
