How to make a Winter Scene with Homemade Snow

You will need:

Ivory Snow (powder form)
Water
Electric mixer
Bowl
Paper plate

Instructions:

1. Mix the ingredients with the exception of the paper plate on high with an electric mixer. Mix well until peaks form.

2. Spread mixture on plate to make snow banks and mountains.

3. Add sticks for trees and small plastic toys (people, playground, farm animals) to create a winter scene.
