Double-Decker Tea Sandwiches

Ingredients

10-18 slices white bread

8-9 slices dark bread

1 6oz can boned chicken

2 tbs. pickle relish

1 tbs. chopped almonds

1 4 1/2 oz can deviled ham

1/4 cup mayonnaise

Cut each bread slice into 3 pieces and cut off crusts. Combine chicken, almonds, and mayonnaise to fill one layer. Combine deviled ham and relish to fill 2nd layer. Make three-layer sandwiches using white bread for outer side and dark in the middle.

Ingredients

2 pkgs lemon gelatin

2 cups boiling water

1/2 cup redhots candy

2 cups unsweetened applesauce

1 tbs. lemon juice

dash salt

1 3oz pkg. cream cheese

1/2 cup broken walnuts

Directions

Dissolve gelatin and redhots candy in boiling water. Stir in apple sauce, lemon juice and salt. Chill until partially set. Form cream cheese into tiny balls. Stir cream cheese balls and nuts into gelatin mixture. Spoon into serving cups. Makes 15



Pineapple Angel Food Cake

1 box Angel Food Cake mix

1 can crushed pineapple

Stir pineapple into cake mix. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Cook as directed on cake mix package. After cooked, cut into pieces top with whipped cream and serve.
