This is a really simple dish to prepare and it's always a huge hit at parties.

INGREDIENTS:

1 8 oz. jar sundried tomatoes (in oil)

2 large garlic cloves

2/3 c. Kalamata olives (chopped)

1 t. capers

12 oz. goat cheese

french bread< (sliced thin and toasted slightly)

fresh basil & olives to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine tomatoes and garlic in a food processor. Blend until as smooth as possible.

  2. Add capers and olives. Pulse the motor a few times until incorporated, but still maintaining texture.

  3. Spread goat cheese on each toast round and top with tapenade.
